Simulation of Malware Attacks in Wireless and LAN Networks

Using ns-3 network simulator

Home: Welcome

Abstract

Malware poses a significant threat to the security of any computer network, and has become more advanced as network security becomes stronger. Using the ns-3 network simulator we will simulate the transmission of a malicious program through a victim’s device to their entire network, both Wireless and LAN. This project will include the efficiency in which the malware can spread to devices sharing a network.
